    This 2 1-4" five point star shape flower brooch has pear shaped faceted amethyst rhinestone petals bordered by white chatons & serrated edges that curl at the ends, with round amethyst in center and goldtone setting. By Barclay (1946-1957), the scripted mark without copyright symbol dates this pre-1955

      Mary thank you for the great compliments and kind comments, I ran off a bit about 9/11 there but Roycroft's Manhattan pix sort of brought it all back, just keep remembering that awful ground zero in NYC - you are always so understanding, thank you. I will sure try to enjoy my brief vacay, guess I really need it lol!
