Massive Carved Plastic Bangle

I found this bangle in the spring at a church rummage sale. Here where I live, one has to get up early and and grab what one can while there is still something on the table. You would be surprised how fast some of the nice old ladies can be when when it comes to jewelry!
This bangle got my attention and I bought it, without having a chance of a good look first. I was kind of hoping that it might be Bakelite but it isn't. Although this is a bit disappointing, I still feel it was good buy.
