I received this brooch in a lot today. I really like this piece but that yellow round stone on the right side bothers me. Do you think someone replaced it or is it meant just to be a different color feather? Anyway, hope you enjoy looking-let me know what you think ;)

All four of those round stones are different from one another. I vote for artistic license! Of course, I am a color junkie, so the more colors, the better...
Romantic kissing birds, love them! The larger round stones look like mother of pearl, the yellow could just be age discoloration, but all stones & colorful enameling are lovely
The yellow stone looks to be identical to the other stones in shape so probably original. Beautiful love birds !~
Although you couldn't get much brighter, maybe the maker was just giving the male bird brighter plumage than the smaller (presumable)female. I love it!
