Found on the side of the road, can't find anything similar online. ANY help figuring out more about this interesting reclining chair would be amazing. Have spent hours trying to figure out age or maker or anything. Has been inspected thoroughly for any markings to help identify it and there is nothing. Pardon the dust and messy room, been in storage awhile and don't have better photos.
Have you managed to figure anything out about this chair? My grandparents had one just like it but the fabric was black. When my uncle redesigned the living room he threw out the chair even though I had requested it. I've been on a hunt for one like this for about 10 years now.
I have 2 of these with foot stools, not the recliner. I've refinished and reupholstered in a William Sonoma fabric. I can post a photo but I was looking for the style too. My Grandparent brought 2 back from the Orient in the 60's and fell in love with them, I searched eBay for 7 years until I found mine. I'm now selling them since we are downsizing, if anyone is interested.
