Have you eveer seen this? I've found it in Spain, but I didn't know it.
I don't know if it comes from the States or it's an european object.

It’s difficult to determine Without a proper dimensions
Is it ceramic ,plastic or coated steel
I have one just like it that I picked up here on the east coast. I really did not pay much for it.
It's plastic, and I haven't paid much also, but I haven't never seen it before.
