This was my grandmothers. I am fairly certain it is crystal (heavy, makes a ringing sound, etc.) There is a number on the bottom hand ingraved: 1228, but I cant make out any other markings. Because of the shamrocks, I guess it could be Irish. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? If anything? Thanks in advance for your help!
