pamkirkwood
(1 item)
This tool is a little over 7 inches long. The metal end seem to be made from lead or a heavy metal. The handles are made of wood.
The metal ends are flat on the inside, as if to be used for squeezing or flattening something...There are no indentations like there would be if it was used to mold a shape of something, like a bullet. I have no history on this item, I found it amongst my Dad's accumulated things. It has to be well over 100 years old, as my Father would have been 101 years old and I have no idea how long he had this in his possession.
Looks like tongs used by a blacksmith.
