This interesting MCM print of the bridge from a painting by Newhouse was published by Heritage Publications in 1952. It's 24 inches by 8 inches. i'd love to learn more about it and find a good frame for it.
Different bridge but same artist. Maybe what the original frame for yours looked like.

Looks like an odd size. You can have any sized frame custom made at http://www.framesbymail.com pretty cheaply, depending on which frame you choose. They only ship acrylic "glass" so I would pass on that and get a piece of glass cut at a local glass shop. You can also buy acid free mats and backing, but you can also buy acid free materials as craft store like Michaels and Jeffrey Alans....
thanks kwqd! i have hundreds of old frames all different sizes and shapes. it's just a matter of matching it up. but thank you!
Hello, I have this painting. It was underneath another canvass painting. Can someone tell me if you can feel the paint, is it still a print or possibly the original? It's on wood and is about 4 feet long, 18 to 24 wide??
