Unknown Pretty Bottle

This appears to be a very delicate small bottle. It might be mouth blown. The decoration is done with enamel and some kind of paint. I didn't pay attention when I bought it, but I realized later that it must have had a stopper because of the rough inside of the rim. The pontil is unpolished. The only mark is the number "70" on the bottom.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
