A painting created by the artis named Jade in the 70’s. This item was bought by my mother-in law in Del Rio Texas in the late 1970’s.

From the historical information I found, I believe that the artis is a Female artis and that she used the Knick name ( JADE ). You can see that she was insinuating that the Pueblo Indian women made very good artistic pottery. Some of their pottery has been known to carry the art originally created by their ancestors. As you can see, the artis, was trying to record Pueblo Indian history. If you cannot find Potter exactly like that, I would say then that the artis accomplished what she set out to do. Great job in recording Pueblo Indian history.

I’m sorry, since I have not stared at the painting lately, I’m not sure if her name is (JUDE) or (JADE). When I get around I’ll gladly post her signature.
