This is a rather common example of jewelry made by the Canadian company Bond Boyd. The brooch is sterling silver and looks like rhodium plated. The three big rhinestones have foiled backs. I am not sure about the smaller ones.

Newfld, thanks so much for your comment. I found the blue one sometime ago. Many of the Bond Boyd pieces come in several colours. I think this makes it a bit more exciting for a collector to try to get all the variations:)
