    One of a pair of blessing fonts
    The dealer claimed they were from a West German church bombed during WWII
    There are cast screw holes allowing the font to be secured to a base.
    The maker could be German - Inwald? or maybe even Schneider during the short lived Vercais period? but no marks to indicate who.
    When a candle is placed in the holder behind the figure the light is beautifully refracted in a golden glow

      I think this figure is St Anthony of Padua, who wore that type cap and is often seen holding baby Jesus. Both glass holy water fonts are very beautiful
