Does anyone have a clue as to who this might be attributed to? At first I thought it was marquetry work, but its actually 100% hand-painted and lacquered. The yellow parts have this interesting porous "bone" looking effect to them. It stands about 2.5 feet tall. I spent about half an hour on Google but I can't find anything that looks similar. Any pointers would be appreciated, I'd love to know who made this thing.
