VINTAGE HEALTHWAYS MAKO SHARK UNDERWATER CAMERA FROM THE 50'S. BAK-O-LITE MATERIAL CASE. ACCORDING TO INFO I FOUND THE MECHANISM IS OF BROWNIE 35 MM TYPE. WHEN I GOT IT , THE FILM HAD BEEN LOADED UPSIDE DOWN. WHAT IS SHOWN HERE IS JUST A SCRAP ROLL. LOOKS TO BE COMPLETE. FOUND IT INTERESTING AND DIFFERENT.
You're weird! This just isn't the run-of-the-mill thing that we try to defend buying at a garage sale !! "It followed me home. Can I keep it ?". I've been diving since the mid '50's & never saw anything like this !! I wouldn't have bought one then either. LOL !! I'm having too much fun with this ! Roll with it Cad1949.
Super find, wonder if they used this on Sea Hunt lol
blunderbuss ...just why I quit going to auctions, can't keep my mouth shut or my hand down. Always finding something unneeded unnecessary undesired ends unp un-der my number. This little jewel was a flea market find from a dealer next to me. Could not resist.
Yeah Cad1949, the excitement & distracting lights can make you pick up things. I got the clap once under similar circumstances. LOL !!
Just never know what will "develop" at a sale.
Closest thing to yard sales is a boatyard flea market twice a month, in season. Mostly boat-people selling things back & forth. I just don't need an anchour or sextant. Maybe a flare gun.
