SOme sort of measuring wheel , the wheel is leather , the face on the instrument part measures miles and is made by Rotherhams . Some suggestions are, its for a bicycle of motorcycle , but I am hoping to get some pics of it in use or some sort of actual age apart from an idea that its late 1800's . Any help is appreciated
