More from the boxful of 'wood handled' organ tools from the storage locker, all these are assorted kinda general-purpose knives. The topmost 3 (1st pic, with larger blades) are likely intended for leatherwork but the other smaller bladed examples would more typically be used for working/cutting on pipes in the voicing room. Most of these (like the "nicking tools" shown earlier this evening) are probably custom/handmade and 'purpose built' for whatever actual original reason(s), from whatever other old files/knives/handles/etc were already laying around handy. The top two (1st pic, again) are the exceptions to this, having the name "LAUKHUFF" stamped into their blades -- Laukhuff was (still is) a 'trade supplier' (located in Germany) for more than the past century, so these two knives were likely 'purchased' from them instead of 'crafted'. (or at least their blades, the handle on the smaller curved one is an obvious replacement for its original) The blade on the 3rd one down (top pic) looks for all the world like it started its life as a 'straight razor'...??

Again like the nicking tools, there really isn't any way to lend any more exact date/origin to any of them, but for an educated guess that they come from roughly the early 1900's.

More KIND THANKS to fortapache, Watchsearcher, blunderbuss2, bottle-bud, racer4four, Caperkid, & Brunswick for having a look and tapping your <love it> button -- I'm happy y'all can also appreciate these otherwise rag-tag-looking little antique tools! :-) :-) :-)
