Cast iron Chair

I purchased this chair for $75. It is cast iron, very heavy. The name plate on the top is removable. The precious owner said he purchased the chairs in Virginia had a second chair which broke and was scrapped. He did give me the name plate for that chair.
Wondering on year and manufacturer.
