Because of the pastel colors, I think this Kralik glass lidded box or jar is pre WWI. Not marked but in a recognized Kralik shape, about 4 inches in diameter, with no mark.
The white spatter glass elements are UV reactive. It is a very pretty glass box, not often seen in this decor.
