Silvestri Asia Society vase by Cynthia McCollum

This little vase is 4.5" high x 4" wide at its widest point. The inside is glazed with the same orange glaze. I got skunked at Goodwill today but wanted to leave with something, so I picked this pretty little vase for $.99. It has a 1930s or 1940s feel but I think it is fairly recent based on the partial label. I can make out just enough to be frustrated that there is not enough to read. What I can make out is:
