Shiny Costume Brooch

This was the second brooch I found. It's very pretty, with multi coloured stones, which look a bit like drops of water, or maybe acorns! It is signed, but can't make it out. I've put a picture in of signature in case someone can recognise it. I think the word begins with W, or maybe ends with an M if it's the other way up!
