Darrow Silver Spoon History?

Found this spoon at a thrift shop. A little beat up and very thin compared to most silverware I have come across. Weighs 10.3 grams. Makers mark clearly says DARROW. No other markings beside the monogram lettering. I assume it is silver since I can get it to wiggle with a strong magnet. Just hoping to learn some history on maker of spoon. I keep coming up blank on searches.
