I need info about this item. It is a clear-glass ashtray with a N470J airplane on it. It also has the words: "Join The Jet Set." It is 6 inches long by 2 3/4 wide. It is in this small green-striped box entitled GLASS on it. It looks as if it could be mailed in this box. It has a postal stamp on the front, but I can't read what it says. Underneath the postal stamp, it has a sticker saying: "Bulk Rate U.S. Postage Paid Maple Plain, Minn. Permit No. 2." I would really like to know what it is, where it came from, info about it, or what its worth. Thanks for any help you can give me.

The airplane pictured on the ashtray is a Lear Jet. My guess is that it is an advertising piece which was sent from the manufacturer of the Lear Jet to potential customers as a promotional item, urging the potential buyer to "join the jet set" by purchasing a Lear Jet. I hope this helps.
