Costume Jewelry Brooch - Interesting mark on back

Hi CW Gang ~

Okay, I MUST need new glasses.....lol. The other Coro one I posted I did not see the writing till I took the picture on it. Then on this one when I bought it also today and looked at the back, it just kinda looked like a blob of melted metal. When I was taking these pictures I thought it kinda looked like a head -- then I turned it around and sure as Shingles ( LOL ) it is the Queen Elizabeth head. It looks alot like the Queen's head that is on Canadian coins here. Seen no other marks, but then I must be getting old. Now either my memory is failing me now, but I do not recall seeing this mark on a piece of Jewelry. Am I losing my mind now too ? LOL Maybe because there is a birthday next month. Anyhow, who is the maker of this ??
