Beautiful 1917 Beaded Purse Geometric Design

For me, the BEST part of this purse, is the Illinois RR Passenger Coupon dated Aug 28 1917, that I found in the inside pocket of the purse! I envision a young lady in her fancy dress going out with friends enjoying life! I can't wait to use the purse on a night out.

I know nothing about beaded purses, except that when I saw this at the antique store I fell in love knew I had to have it, and for only $25, it was easy to decide to buy. And that I assume the purse is from 1917 or maybe a few years earlier based on the coupon inside. It has the same design on the opposite side, and there even is a geometric design on the metal.

My Mystery is that there are no tags, so is there a way to guess who made it? Also is there a way to guess better at the time made? I only saw one similar online, with similar coloring and dangle beads on bottom. It is not listed anymore so I only have the photo from internet.
