    I can't read what it says on the bottom, but i think it's Californian. It looks a lot like Bauer's Biltmore pots, but in miniature.

      This is by Eugene White Pottery in East Los Angeles (Bell Gardens) from 1941 - 1948. I have three concentric sizes of this very planter in white.
      It does resemble the Bauer Biltmore pot - who influenced who?
