Controlled bubble perfume bottle

This perfume bottle is 5.5" high x 3" wide. It is not marked and has a ground bottom. I found two of these today at GW and show this one the way that I found it in the first three images. I noticed, after handling them a bit that the stoppers may have been swapped. After swapping them back and forth, I think the stoppers were with the correct bottom, but I could make a case from a design perspective for swapping the stoppers. I show them with stoppers swapped in the fourth image. My guess is that these are probably Made In China, but are quite nicely done. Calling it a mystery since maker and country of origin are unknown.
