cobalt blue oil lamp

Cobalt blue is my very favorite color so I have a large collection of cobalt blue glass I have some ink wells I have an unusual item that I think possibly could be from The Owl Drug Company but I'm not 100% sure and then I have a couple small oil lamps as well as bottles a couple Avon cars and odds and ends and then this large oil lamp the flute or whatever you want to call it on the top is very unusual and I'm not sure if its original with the oil lamp or not I found this at a second hand store
