It measures 4 1/2" Tall X 6 1/4" Across. In extremely fine condition (No chips, cracks, hairlines or restorations). Noritake green backstamp #27. Dates from 1920's or 1930's. Estate sale find.

So beautiful, lovely deco design & vibrant colors
I will have to go thru my deco price guides to see if they have this one in them but I highly doubt it. This is a deco piece one sees very rarely because it is never seen, so rare. Keep this beaute in great condition, its a show stopper !~
The Collector's Encyclopedia of Noritake (Second Series, 1994) by Joan Van Patten shows examples of these on pages 83 and 84.
Also got about half a dozen Stangl pottery birds from this stash. They were in boxes in the attic.
