This measures about 7.5” long x 4” high x 3” wide. Had this for years. I have read these were sold as condiment holders in the late 19th or early 20th century and were intended to be reused as sauce boats. Not sure if this is true.
one reference has this in crystal as a dolphin novelty gravy boat c1900:
"Distributed by E.C. Flaccus Co., who probably purchased it from C.L. Flaccus Co., Eagle Glass Co., Ball and Crowl Glass Co., Frank Glass Co., or Central Glass Co."
not sure about possible reproduction on other colors...

@TallCakes - Thanks for the information. I have also seen these in blue milk glass and clear amber glass. No idea who made them, if there was one maker of several. I saw one attributed to Westmoreland, but not backed by any proof.
