Is this dish considered to be "Slumped or Draped glass" ? This is another thrift store find. I have almost as much fun trying to identify pieces as finding them.

I'd guess cranberry glass diamond optic handkerchief bowl or vase. Here's one on eBay listed as Venetian Murano with a label:
