This shot glass is 4" high x 1.25" diameter body x 2" rim to handle. The handle is applied and the bottom is a bit rough. The base is fairly thick, so it is not easily tipped over. I am assuming it is meant to be used as a shot glass. I did find a set of similar shot glasses, but the handle was a bit different. Probably by one of the West Virginia glass makers. It will make nice window glass. A $.99 GW find.
Adding text from an ebay auction since it has good references and the seller cites personal knowledge of the origin of these shot glasses:

Pilgrim Glass had many shapes and styles and I love them all. I received my first 'benedictine' in 1969 as my sister had a shop in Maine and sold a lot of Pilgrim..lucky me! Pilgrim keeps on giving and their colors never fade. The finest quality of blown glass.. you just can't go wrong! "
This auction had six of these in various colors: amberina, green, clear, orange, blue and ruby.
