I also found this today and thought it was really cute. It's a fairly large horse and cart, and the only mention I've found is from replacements ltd, which says it's made by Haley Glass Co, though their's is 4.5" and this one is 9" long. Does anyone recognise it?

Beautiful, such a precious horse & cart piece, & love the pale yellow glass
The glass is actually clear, it just looks a bit yellow in the photo's. Probably the rather poor light we have here today!
I have the smaller version, but haven't been able to prove who the maker is.
