A buddy was gonna through it away, it's either wood or maybe even a nut shell not sure. But it's not very heavy, but it is pretty crude on the inside where it was chiseled out. I'd like to know what i could use on it to stop it from cracking, drying out, but not change the appearance to much. My buddy knew nothing of its history either.
