My Saturday's garage sale art find is this large oil painting. It has a brass plaque on it.The title of painting is called The Dedicated and is signed Carrozzo.I have no information on artist. The man at sale had no history on it either.I think the painting is interesting and gladly purchased it for 5.00.

Is it out of focus or is it supposed to look like that?

I am sorry but, if is the way it was painted, how come the frame is out of focus too and everything on the picture ??

It must be difficult to focus on a blurry object. Good point Alan2310.
