Bought a boat trailer, came with a free old boat, this was inside the boat...it's a 20" bike. All I know about it is is says Mohawk on it and it is in pretty decent shape. It is not being stored outdoors it is inside. I would love to know more about this bike, such as when it's from, is it worth anything etc...many thanks
This bike looks like a Mohawk that was imported from Tiwan by Tennessee Imports Company in the 70's. When I was a kid when my dad was a partner in the company and we had a garage full of Mohawk bikes. They were low end bikes and most of them were sold by Service Merchandise Company. There were quality problems with the bikes and if I remember correctly the plant manager in Tiwan ran off with all the oporating money. I think the brand only lasted a couple of years.

I am more apt to try and restore it myself anyways when I get around to it. Right now it is in storage in my basement.
