The jewelled one is German and is 10inches.

If you cannot read it, then i sure can't read it? It appears to have been over stamped from what i can tell. Rub some white chalk over it, and try and make it out again.

I have no chalk, is there anything else I can use?
    6. frisco frisco, 6 years ago
Yes, place a sheet of white printer paper over the mark, and shade it lightly with the side of a pencil lead.

Hi from what I can make out it says Takkrrin.

OK, I will see what i can do with that. Meanwhile, standby, as maybe another member will know what you have. PS: While your at the store getting some chalk, get yourself some "Silly Putty", as it also works on occasion, to make impressions of marks such as yours.

Also, drop some baby powder, talc, or cornstarch on it and rub over it.

Sorry my friend, but i came up empty with the name you posted. I suspect the name you have, is over stamped onto the original "Pakistan" name, and may be the previous owners name. Just My Guess, and Good Luck to You.
