Stunning Cashmere Shawl---help with identifying pattern

Hi, I am very unfamiliar with this type of shawl. It was an estate find. This lightweight (what appears to be cashmere), hand embroidered in a very intricate pattern. I was wondering if I could have help in identifying the proper name and perhaps where this was made. Thanks so much!
