Hello. This is a lovely slag glass lamp I purchased recently. I love the rainbow glass. I cannot find any identifying marks anywhere on the base or shade. Can anyone help identify the maker, approximate date and any other info for this. Thanks so much.

Did You take the shade off and look around the top for maker? Sometimes very hard to see them, may be stamped on underside of shade as well.

Could be a Miller Slag Glass Lamp??

Hi Dave. I have removed the shade and looked EVERYWHERE and there are no distinguishing marks. I am fairly knowledgeable regarding slag glass lamps as I collect them, and while Miller is certainly possible as they were of course one of the major producers of these lamps, I do not have the skill to discern from a Miller vs Bradley and Hubbard vs Empire etc., just from looking at the style and construction. I know there are people out there that can tell the manufacturer in the absence of a label, just from the appearance and construction. Is there something about this that makes you think Miller specifically as opposed to one of the other makers. Thanks.

Congratulations on collecting lamps, I love to collect certain ones and this one is a beauty. The colours are like pastel so they just are a dream !~
