I found 6 of these for $25 at my local Habitat for Humanity. I have no idea what kind of chairs these are but they were so unique I had to have them! They are put together with wooden pegs,I cannot find a screw or nail anywhere on them. The only markings I can find on them are the number 3 on the bottom of the seat in black marking.

Bottom of the back there are four button plugs. Behind those are screws holding the back on, the legs are plug in but you should find metal scotch fasteners inside the hole they are in. It is normal construction and they will remain tight and sturdy unless you rock back on two legs. Doing that will take a toll quickly.
