    Can anybody identify this makers mark? I believe it is German or Austrian or Bavarian... but I am to having any luck tracking it down!

      EISENBERG SPECIAL PORCELAIN VEB, Eisenberg, Thuringia, Germany (E. Germany), Earthenare, PORCELAIN 972-present (1895-present). This is from Kovels' New Dictonary of Marks Pottery & PORCELAIN 1850 to The Present. Page 83K.

      I don't know the date of the mark but based on the cyrillic letters under the mark, I would say that your piece dates to 1949 or thereafter.
