I love this brooch and picked it up at the thrift store even though it has no mark at all. Everything about this brooch-the rectangular rhinestones- the unevenness of the burst in every direction-the irridescent jelly-belly-ish center stone- it all screams authentic vintage to me. Does anyone agree? Is anyone able to help me date or identify it? Thanks so much!

@Ms.CrystalShip- thank you! Yes, I do have quite a bit of Trifari and their pieces do seem to be marked very clearly. I’m so glad to know that you and @lentilka11 see the same vintage aesthetic and beauty in this piece that I did. Will be very curious to see if anyone here recognizes the piece and can help ID the maker or age.

Hello! I'm a bit late to the party, but wanted to provide an update in case you still own this piece. I found the same brooch at a thrift store yesterday. It was also unsigned, but it came with matching clip earrings, which ARE signed: Jomaz. Yours was the only other starburst brooch I found online, but I found similar Jomaz blue stones, which they call blue moonstone. Absolutely beautiful piece!
