Vase with applied rigaree

This vase is about 4 inches tall. Another piece that I found while cleaning out my entertainment center. I had a strong feeling that it was made by Pilgrim Art Glass, but could not remember ever seeing a piece of Pilgrim with a base like this. Pilgrim vases typically don't have a base with a step on them, like this one. After an extensive search, I found a vase very similar to this one, same rigaree and base, with a Pilgrim label and the seldom seen Pilgrim mark on the bottom. I'm still on the fence, though, so not going to call it Pilgrim unless others think that it is. Opinions welcomed.
