I haven't posted for a while, because I've been so busy with moving into my new home...all the packing, unpacking, & simply getting used to a totally different (& infinitely better) environment takes time.
Anyway, I am settled in at last. Most of the glass has been unpacked & the furniture put in place. Still a way to go, but I'm so pleased with it already.
So here's a Kralik double tube vase that I actually won a while back, but hadn't got around to posting.
It looks at home both in nature, & in a cabinet with other glass.
Beautiful vase and great photography, love the outdoor shots
Many thanks, Newfld!
The second photo looks like a giant spider !
I also like the Kralik 'Silveria' piece in the fourth picture.
I agree, Bambus 1920, it definitely looks like a spider on the back of the vase!
And glad that you're enjoying the Silveria...this shelf features quite a few favourites - two other Silveria vases, some Kralik floriforms, & Welz thorn vases, among others...
super times your having with your super glass my ironlace

Very eclectic collection, Ironlace. It that a Pallme-Koenig in pinkish glass with white threads in the bottom right, and a Kralik covered in toothpaste top left ?
Thank you most kindly, MALKEY, indeed I am having a super time with my glass, unpacking it & arranging in new ways. Still a bit more to go yet, but an enjoyable process!
Bambus1920 - yes, I am incurably eclectic in my collecting habits (not quite as bad as I used to be in my early days, however!)
My inclination is towards fancy glass - Victorian, Art Nouveau, & some Tango. Applied decoration, whether trailed, floral, or foliate, is always an attraction...texture is another dimension, too. And of course, colour.
The "toothpaste" vase is a Kralik...the pink one with white trails has been thought of as Kralik, but PK is also a possibility, too.
