You have a New Haven "Abbey" Westminster Chime Clock. The clocks I've found on the internet were dated around circa 1925. Hope this helps.

Bruce is correct this is an Abbey model that plays Westminster get it (Westminster Abbey) I have one just like it these are very nice clocks with a mellow tone so long as the leather hammer pads are in good shape. The movement in these clocks are very well made and quite a challenge to work on as they are compact round movements with a third plate so assembly and initial set up can be tricky. The Panels below the face are probably Birdseye maple while the rest of the case is Honduras mahogany. Also this clock was made in New Haven Connecticut may still have the label on bottom.
      regards
