This gorgeous oil lamp is the only one that I have seen in this pattern. It looks like pewter that was polished with a nickel plated burner. The candlesticks are really nice and signed but they were once silver plated brass. Someone buffed the silver off of them but you can't tell without using amplification.

Rococo revival, late 19th century. Possibly French. You should have the plating restored.

I want to thank y'all for the great information. I did just recently come across a company that does the plating locally. I will have to go get an estimate. The candlesticks are signed with a stamp on the side of the base. I can't remember who signed them but they are French if I remember correctly.
