Anyone have a complete one i can see a pic of? This was the cheap Craftsman alternative line that Sears discontinued the 50s. Marked GERMANY on the back.

I plan on making a hand carved hardwood handle for it. Just need a style to follow and type of wood. Hickory or some driftwood cedar I have. Thoughts?

That is a socketed chisel. Dunlap should hold an edge very well as it is good steel. If you have a lathe it would be better if you turn a handle. Hickory would work fine just make sure it is dry so it doesn't shrink after you fit it. The wooden handle would probably be about 1/3 as long as the entire steel portion and the butt end as wide as the blade. If you make it wider or more narrow it will wander when you strike it. I prefer a longer handle myself but everyone has his own preferences.
