Hello and thank you for reading my post. I know a little bit about antiques and am learning more as I go. I know this particular mark is Russian and looks to be Soviet from the hammer and sickle mark - I am not sure if it is Kusnetsov or Budy and need some help identifying it. I did quite a bit of poking around online trying to match it but couldn't come up with a definite answer. Any help is appreciated.. Thank you again for taking the time to read this!

Is this the only piece you have? I think it is made in China hand painted porcelain saucer for the Russian market, looks pretty old, pre 1940.
