came with a mirror and has wooden casters. if possible please identify origin. purchased from used furniture store. And, I am interested in learning name of carving technique

Without a tag or label it would be impossible to tell where from. Not a valuable piece and no extensive carving. There were thousands of furniture makers in North America and 95% left no records at all !~
