This is a white tail cutlery brand. I can't seem to find this style anywhere on the web. Most searches associate it with Frost brand. I know there are millions of knifemakers out there. Does anyone have a clue as to date or age? Its blade finish is scuffed badly but the edge is great. lock spring needs tightened so that's a Saturday project. No stamps beside the logo so IDK if its 440 ss or what. I plan to carry daily so if asked I could have some info. Thanks for any help.

Apparently, the jury is still out, on where the white tail brand is from. Some say it started in Arkansas, and was later imported from pakistan? I found some discussion about it below. PS, I have been a long time member of the blades forum, and learned long ago, you have to take what you get with a grain of salt, depending on who is doing the posting.

Thanks to both of you. I'm for sure gonna carry this one. It is definitely hand made albeit poorly so use till it dies.

Your Welcome, for my little part. I can see why you like it, as it has a very clean, well made look to it.
