Italian Impressionist Oil Painting by De Paoli

I have fallen in love with this painting the artist worked in quick heavy strokes as if he had to hurry before he missed something but my favorite part is the light ...I have never seen such light it is wonderful . I cannot find but one other painting by him, if anyone has any thoughts please let me know .
